Você poder fazer comparações usando as + (adjetivo) + as:
Ex: Canada is as big as China.
Se o que se compara é semelhante, mas não é
igual, usa-se almost as …… as:
Ex: Australia is almost as big as Brazil.
Se o que se compara é diferente, usa-se not as …… as.
Ex: Wales is not as big as England.

The city ranks highly in numerous international rankings, and has been recognised as the most “technology-ready” nation.
